However, there are still some issues. First-class passengers must clear security with business-class customers, making the experience less exclusive than it could be. They still have to navigate through the gold card-holders’ lounge to reach the Concorde Room, which is the ultimate lounge experience for first-class travelers.

All the flagship lounges at Heathrow have received some love, with new carpets, furniture, and improved food. But, they still face challenges like overcrowding and poor organization.
