Wright State University’s School of Aviation Expands Enrollment and Facilities
The School of Aviation at Wright State University is experiencing growth after the launch of its degree programs last year. Recently, the university showcased its commitment to aviation education by installing a large sign on the First Flight Aviation Building. This building is where some classes for the Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Science and Technology are held.
New Sign at Wright Brothers Airport
The new sign is prominently placed at the Wright Brothers Airport in Miami Township, just east of I-75 at the Austin Boulevard exit 41. Jason Anderson, the executive director of the Center for Civics, Culture, and Workforce Development at Wright State, expressed pride in this new addition, stating, “The School of Aviation sign that went up this week on the Wright State hangar at First Flight Aviation is a visible marker of how committed we are to building an industry-leading aviation program within the university named after the inventors of powered flight.”
